You can be a good Moazzan my brother

Assalam o alikum warahmatuLLAHI wa barakatuhu

arden_hills

I heard and read about many people who accepted Islam, some of those had a common reason to embrace Islam.

Guess what?

Don’t tell me they were inspired from Muslims.

You know what was that common reason in some of them???

AZAAN!

They were inspired with the melodious sound of Azaan, it’s spiritual effects even that they did not understand the language.

What kind of azaan do you hear today from your near by masjids ???

Sometimes it’s like as the moazzan has slept during azaan (apology)

Sometimes it’s like as somebody is after moazzan and he has to finish as soon as possible.

Sometimes it’s annoying. (I am sorry to use these words, but it’s true).

What is this all???

Do we actually know the importance of azaan? Do we actually know how it should be given.?

With one beautiful adhaan , ALLAH can make you the source to turn many hearts, (muslims/non-muslims) towards obedience . But who cares???

Who thinks it to be his responsibility??? No one!

Tell me!

If someone calls you with an arrogant rude voice, “oe! come here” , will you go to listen what he wants to say???

The adhaan is the call of ALLAH,  but unfortunately majority of the people don’t understand what is the meaning of the words of adhaan. They just listen to how it is given, for them an adhaan given with  a good sound beautifully matters.

And it is natural, a good adhaan has such an attraction in it, . If you recall your memory, you will surely find some moment when you heard a good adhaan, or tilawat and you suddenly got up, offered salah.  Happened???

When adhaan is called, it is actually ALLAH’s call, but “you” are becoming the source of that call being a moazzan,  so be a polite caller, be a melodious caller.

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Apostle said, “If the people knew the reward for pronouncing the Adhan and for standing in the first row (in congregational prayers) and found no other way to get that except by drawing lots they would draw lots,….)

The reward of pronouncing adhaan is so high that it is not even mentioned how great the reward is.

Don’t you like to be a moazzan???

You do? Then please go ahead ,, give azaan  in your near by masjids, give azaan in your university, and try to give a melodious azaan. As it is good an appreciated if someone with good voice gives adhaan.

You think of so many dawah tricks daily, This is the one that can bring your dawah to the last end where your adhaan will reach.

Your one adhaan can change many hearts,. May be some one who never offers salah , when listens to your adhaan , get up , and offer it.

May be your one adhaan given in the university , when someone hear , it becomes his first day of offering namaz. who knows???

Because when the call has affection in it, one attracts towards that, even unintentionally. It is human nature that it attracts towards melodious sound.

Please don’t take it for granted my dear brothers,. Make use of this opportunity.

Please make use of it. If it is not possible for you to be a 5 time moazzan, then at least be a one time moazan.  But do it!     Please do it!

Its beyond your imaginations what is the reward of adhaan. Beyond your thinking  , beyond your calculations.

With your one good adhaan , ALLAH can turn someone’s heart towards a life time obedience,.

How would you feel when on the day of judgment someone comes to you and tells you,. that your adhaan changed my life, your adhaan brought me to jannah.

May it happen to you!!! May your adhaan be a source of hidayah for many my brothers.

Its a request for all my brothers out there. Please feel this responsibility,. Please change the trend of taking adhaan as an unimportant thing.

Just start thinking now, from where the effects of adhaan start , and from where do they end, and you will come to know what actually i talked about.

May you be a melodious moazzan. May ALLAH turn hearts towards obedience because of you.

P.S

Q. What do you feel about being a moazzan, and initiating this step???

Wassalam warahmatuLLAHI wa barakatuhu.
